AI-Mind deliverables

D2.2, February 2022: Implementation of the central databank: The technology of the AI-Mind tools uses a mix of retrospective and prospective data, which is processed and stored in a central data repository (CDR). The CDR ensures data persistence, security, and integrity for all AI-Mind applications. This deliverable explains the CDR’s implementation on the TSD platform, highlighting key components like the data lake (DL) and data warehouse (DW), details the design for managing raw data and outlines the structure for future standardised and curated data.

D2.4, December 2023: Standardisation of data integration and data repository management: This deliverable outlines the standardization of data integration and repository management within AI-Mind. The development of AI-based tools for MCI diagnosis and dementia prediction relies on collecting, storing, and processing high-quality data within the AI-Mind central data repository (CDR). The report details the data quality pipelines in place and provides insights into the structure of the data warehouse, the prospective data and metadata it holds, and the measures implemented to ensure data integrity.

AI-Mind deliverables

D1.3, October 2021: Guidelines for data management and sharing:This deliverable summarises the legal and ethical requirements, as well as the actions that AI-Mind’s clinical partners will follow before processing data (including collecting, storing and sharing, see Definitions). Its purpose is to give an overview of the different requirements the partners must adhere to when processing data in the scope of this research project.

D1.4, February 2022: AI-Mind data governance and data management protection framework: This deliverable has been divided into two parts to comprehensively address data governance and management within AI-Mind at different levels. Part 1 focuses on AI-Mind-specific data management, providing a framework for partners to ensure compliant, secure, and high-quality data handling. Part 2 takes a broader perspective, exploring the complexities of AI/ML development in healthcare, outlining the different data types involved, and offering general considerations for data quality and management in similar projects.
